Here at Inwood Chiropractic Center, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you!
What To Expect
When visiting any place for the first time, it is nice to know what to expect. We strive to make your appointments easy and enjoyable while offering a welcoming and comfortable environment for us to address your needs.
After you have booked your appointment, we encourage you to fill out the necessary paperwork online prior to your first visit. This will save 15 to 20 minutes of your wait time in the office. If this is not an option, we understand. Please plan accordingly to save time for this prior to meeting with the doctor.
The paperwork will include detailed information for us to better assess the chief complaint and perform an overview of your health. It is important we start a solid foundation to better assess your health needs. Please be as detailed and specific as possible.

Self-Pay: at Inwood Chiropractic and Wellness Center, we offer a number of different services that will help you restore and maintain optimal health. We are a self-pay facility, our office does not bill or submit health insurance claims, however, we are more than happy to print you a receipt called a Superbill, that you can send to your own insurance company for your benefits to be applied. We gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We are a healthcare provider and you can use these cards for services at our office.
Automobile Insurance for car accidents: Unfortunately, car accidents happen whether it’s your fault or not. At ICC we accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims from your own auto insurance company as well as many Third-Party Insurance Claims from the at-fault driver. To learn more about how to utilize auto insurance claims please call our clinic, we are here to help.
In order to save some money and help with committed and consistent care, many of our patients choose to take advantage of our individual and/or family care packages. A care package is a prepaid number of visits that are offered at a discount rate, this is not an unlimited monthly plan option.
